ARE YOU IN NEED OF A COVID-19 RECOVERY LETTER?

COVID-19  Document of Recovery for Travel Available Near Me in Portland, Oregon

Did you just recover from COVID-19 and now need to present the airlines or country you are traveling to a Letter of Recovery?

That option is now available for patients at Portland Urgent Care. Just book a telemedicine appointment to receive documentation of recovery from a covid test.  In many cases, patients need the document if they have tested positive in less than 90 days of their flight.  They can provide this letter instead of a negative test.

COVID-19 RECOVERY LETTER FOR TRAVEL

The following is required:

  1. The patient schedules online and pays the $75 fee. (we will not bill insurance).
  2. It is required that the patient has a telemedicine appointment with a provider (Covid Letter of Recovery (Telemed)).
  3. The patient must email us a copy of their positive covid test (home tests are not allowed). Send to: contact@portlandurgentcare.com Subject: Patient Name and Copy of Positive Test
  4. During the telemedicine, the provider will ask questions regarding current symptoms and date of positive tests, etc. to determine if the patient is recovered.
  5. If appropriate, a Document of Recovery from SARS - CoV-2 will be created and put in the patients portal for easy access.
