"I mostly wanted to drop a line to say how thankful I am for all your help throughout this process. On top of that, I wanted to say some specific kudos to the duo who handled testing – Ali and Ricky. Everyone has been anxious about how it would work when the day finally arrived but Ali and Ricky were so flexible, affable, and efficient that it made my job MUCH easier."
