We typically have a wait time of under 15 minutes, but with an appointment you can schedule your urgent care visit in advance with a time that fits your schedule.

Abdominal Pain: There can be various causes of abdominal pain. We can assess if it's chronic, acute, or severe pain and determine if you need an ER visit.
Ankle Sprains: If you sprained your ankle, which can happen often when playing sports or in a car accident, if it's severe you may need a splint or help to immobilize it. We can help with this.
Back Pain and Injuries: Any back pain, discomfort, or abnormal symptoms should be taken seriously. If you were recently in an accident your injury symptoms may not appear until several hours or the next day. Visit us to determine the cause of your back pain and relieve your pain.
Broken Bones: Treatment for a broken bone will depend on the severity of your fracture which we can diagnose with an x-ray. Your broken bone may need immobilization with a cast for proper healing. Don’t leave it untreated, because it can heal improperly and lead to loss of function or infection.
Broken Fingers and Broken Toes: We use X-rays to determine if your finger or toe is broken. Treatment depends on the severity of the fracture. We can splint it to protect it and encourage healing.
Concussions: We can properly diagnose a concussion which will depend on your symptoms and medical exams. Prescriptions may be needed.
Foot and Ankle Pain or Injury: Foot and ankle pain sometimes cause swelling, pain, and limited range of motion. Treatment depends on how severe it is. Resting your ankle rest and ice will accelerate healing, but ensure your foot or ankle isn't broken by getting an X-ray at our urgent care clinic.
Hand injuries and Pain: Hand injuries can be caused by minor abrasions and bruises to serious fractures and nerve damage. Pain, swelling, bruising, deformity, limited range of motion, numbness or tingling are associated symptoms. Prompt evaluation by our urgent care team ensures an accurate diagnosis and a proper treatment plan.
Hip Injuries and Hip Pain: Symptoms of hip pain or injury may include joint and muscle discomfort, strain or stiffness, swelling, tenderness, or sharp pain across the lower body. We can evaluate the severity of your hip pain and offer a diagnosis and treatment.
Knee Pain and Injuries: Knee pain can have various causes. Sometimes physical therapy and knee braces also can help relieve it. Some injuries could be more serious and require surgery. We can examine your knee and offer a treatment plan.
Neck Injuries and Pain: Strains or strains that cause neck pain can happen when there are sudden movements or muscle injuries. Your neck needs evaluation if you are experiencing pain and/or tingling. We can also refer you to Portland Wellness Care for physical therapy with chiropractic, acupuncture, and massage therapy.
Shoulder Injuries or Sprains: Signs of a painful dislocated shoulder are an out-of-place shoulder, with limited range of motion. You may need the shoulder replaced or adjusted or possibly rehab. We can do a physical exam to determine the extent of your injury or sprain and diagnose your shoulder pain or injury.
Whiplash: Whiplash from a car accident causes pain in the shoulders, the back, and the neck depending on the areas of trauma. Our physician can do a full medical exam to determine if you are suffering from whiplash. We have a Chiropractor on staff at Portland Wellness Care who can treat whiplash as well.
